Andy, I actually have been thinking the same thing. I know a lot of wisps don't invest in CMMs or Sync Injectors and rely on the supplied gps unit alone. We use both here....the supplied unit is also our backup. I had good stable results running 2.52 or 3. When I went to 2.6 we have seen some strange stuff. ( excluding the obvious Cold weather issues ). Beyond the possible GPS BOUNCING I actually "caught" an ap going into some strange dfs radar detect twice. No chance! I would bet money it didn't detect squat. Figured out it only occurs when I put the aps in a ptp mode.
Cambium promised new firmware last Monday and a week later we are all waiting. Frustrated...now we are being told its best to push 48v to the sync injectors with cold weather issues . Rolling eyes. Handing out pink slips again just like the 450/FSK promises.
