The current contribution factor is 18.2% for USF. 
In the State of Florida, you are also going to be looking at paying 
communication taxes as well, so roughly add another 8% to this. 

Assuming that you are carrying Internet on this transport...and if you 
file/claim the ITNA exemption from the ILEC, you can get exemption from the 
Communication Taxes on this transport. 

In regards to USF, if you are NOT deminimus, (and you file 477 with the FCC) 
you can fill out the appropriate forms to get relief from USF charges. 

BTW, who are you buying the transport from ? with ATT, there is also a 
'classification' category they use to determine if a circuit is subject to USF 
or not.
