Infiniti Mobile is already a cellular company, do they have their own towers
and spectrum, or are they an MVNO?

Could this be no more than participating in an existing rural LTE program from
Sprint or Verizon?

It seems like they're either idiots trying to pass off a 3.65ghz license as
real licensed spectrum, or they purposely wrote that paragraph to make it sound
like they have more than they do.

"Infiniti will use a mixture of licensed and unlicensed spectrum. According to
Johnson, the company has 50 MHz in the 3.5 GHz band across all of its markets.
The company acquired its licenses through a private transaction."

They say they'll use a mix of licensed and unlicensed, and they say they have
50mhz in the 3.5ghz band across all their markets, and they say they acquired
licenses... but that doesn't necessarily means the licenses they acquired or
the licenses spectrum they plan to use is that 50mhz in the 3.5ghz band. My
guess is that they have a 2.5ghz license that's neither 50mhz nor covers all
their markets, and they just threw in the NN license to make it sound better.

Maybe they know something about the new 3550 band that we don't know? :-)

That band isn't allocated for broadband in the US AFAIK. Must be an error by
the author.
