Seems to work just fine on the old integrated radios. UBNT had a bad hardware design that resulted in failure. Pretty sure Cambium learned from that when designing ePMP.
Also I think he's asking how to mount the POE, not which one to use...
The Laird's are a bit more expensive, but have integrated mounting. And we've seen the benefits of the built-in surge suppression. Has saved quite a few radios already.
