+1 on the POE-24iR-CI
If you have to buy it as a separate line item (as opposed to Ubiquiti which
includes it with the radio), why not buy one with mounting ears built in?
Having said that, we rarely mount them to the wall. Usually we only do that
if we are installing in a business phone closet, or a barn, or something
like that.

Seems to work just fine on the old integrated radios. UBNT had a bad
hardware design that resulted in failure. Pretty sure Cambium learned
from that when designing ePMP.
Also I think he's asking how to mount the POE, not which one to use...
The Laird's are a bit more expensive, but have integrated mounting. And
we've seen the benefits of the built-in surge suppression. Has saved
quite a few radios already.
