For the 320/430 SyncInjector, reverse pins 5 & 7 at one end for the ePMP
APs only and it should work. Same procedure recommended by Cambium for
the CMM4 + 450i APs. 48v mode on the CMM4 puts out 320/430 split-pair
power polarity, as does the 320/340 SyncInjector. You're essentially
un-splitting the split pair scheme with the alternate rj45 pinout. Or
better yet, make an adapter jumper in red or orange cat5 or something
like that so it's obvious if anyone else ends up on site.

I know there was discussion here over the last several weeks about
ePMP APs developing issues in the cold when powered by 24v Sources
like PacketFlux PMP100 SyncInjectors. I recall the recommendation was
to move to 48V. Since the PacketFlux PMP100 SyncInjectors are only
rated to 30V, Is the recommendation to Power them using a PMP320/430
SyncInjectors? I realize this will not support Gigabit Ethernet. I
have a need to support ePMP100 and PMP320 on the same injector.
