So it sounds like the big difference on the 320/430 is different power pinout?

Subject: Re: [AFMUG] Power and Sync for ePMP 1000 AP

The 30V rating is more a label for the radios, and NOT for the injector. Any
revision H injector should be good up to at least 56V. Above that gets touchy.
The Rev I and later injectors (Gigabit only) are fine a bit higher.

So just power them at the radio voltage, and don't worry about it unless you're
hooking them to a battery array with some insane charging and/or equalization
voltage.

Also, 28V or so should be fine as well.

I know there was discussion here over the last several weeks about ePMP AP’s
developing issues in the cold when powered by 24v Sources like PacketFlux
PMP100 SyncInjectors. I recall the recommendation was to move to 48V. Since
the PacketFlux PMP100 SyncInjectors are only rated to 30V, Is the
recommendation to Power them using a PMP320/430 SyncInjectors? I realize this
will not support Gigabit Ethernet. I have a need to support ePMP100 and PMP320
on the same injector.
