That’s a bit misleading since most of the damage is from the major storm in the same area that flooded.
But I do think Google doesn’t follow up with their complaints and contractors. Just the small amount I do with our partners I make sure I am present, or available to address concerns when they walk through backyards and dig holes kids can fall in to.
