Kurt,
If we are talking fcc region then nothing changes except for the 5.1 band for increased power when its a connectorized unit

What is the deal on the PTP650 line and different freq bands / power limits / firmware versions? I don't want to upgrade the firmware on the PTP650 links and loose transmit power on certain bands. Does anyone have a list of what firmware versions allow certain power levels?

As it stands if you are using a ptp650 radio you can download the
5.1 key which allows for the higher tx power on that band when using
    connectorized units
From what I understand 5.1 can be used at the higher TX levels
if it is a ptp link and dishes are used.

a new PTP link and need to avoid dfs. Also, the PMP 450i
running in this band only sm that has 5.1ghz is the 450i sm
