My guy is free to certify now. Hes the one that was doing off the books
training, non certified, for our guys to know how to not fall off a tower
for any reason other than independent stupidity. He went through and made
recommendations, with wisp budgets in mind, on appropriate gear. Got my
boss to justify two real harnesses, lanyards, and some incidentals.
He is now able to do certification courses, he has multiple years
experience as tower safety instructor nationwide for his primary. You will
be able to climb any American Tower structure.
He is still working up a price sheet, but asked that I relay to the WISP
guys. He started here, the only guy we've had since I've been here that's
been worth a damn.
Now would be the time to say what would make it cost effective to certify
your crews since his price sheet isn't complete. Hes personally operating
between Oklahoma and Illinois.
On list for your requirements, offlist for his company contact info until
he makes a formal public offering.
This is a fella originally from the industry, still in wireless, just not
WISP. Definitely worth a consideration if you're looking to certify your
climbers.
