Fyi, I only mentioned American Tower because they're "finicky". Not limited to just them. Full disclosure: I am offered a "finders fee" but I will waive that if it will help get a guy from the industry a leg up. Selling point: this is the only guy I know personally I would trust to rescue me when I finally have my first heart attack on a tower. He started here where I work, then went to a legitimate organization with essentially unlimited safety funding, so he knows the limitations our industry financially has in regard to financing safety.
