Yes.  That is why I developed a program and partnership with a local school 
District that has 80% of their students in poverty.  We will be providing 
internet for those students at $10 per month.  I believe that we all could do 
something similar without needing charity or tax dollars.  At that same time, 
internet access has to be coupled with a better education system and better 
parental support.
