Is it possible to get a device not specifically designed for a POE + injector to work off that? I have tried a device (namely a 320AP with the pin 4 and 8 swapped to provide the proper + - on 4, 5 and +- on 7,8) and the POE device (actually an edgepoint S16) doesn't seem to react to it. I know the cable is good (tested using another method). When you pick POE+ within the Edgepoint, no indicator lights come on on the Edgepoint (unlike any the other POE settings which have indicator lights active to show the appropriate power activation).
