Cali hasnt fully recovered from "global warming" induced drought yet, they
still have like an inch in their reseviors to go, so its pretty dry. Im not
sure where youre entering that state, but you could plan a trip of forest
firest to burn the join off the map, since the san andreas fault has let
the nation down. You could make a road trip out of it starting in socal and
heading north and burning the whole wretched place as you go.
