BTW.... 
The questions to ask would be as follows:- 
What would be the 10g wave pricing if both locations were on-net ? 
What happens to the pricing after the initial term is over ?

Keep in mind, the initial term pricing is going to pay for the the build out... 
After which, technically, the pricing can be re-negotiated, but only if you 
have some sort of leverage
