I’ve had several radios retrieved when customers moved or when we upgrade equipment, that had speckles all over because they painted the house with one of those paint sprayer thingees. Apparently regular latex house pain adheres quite well.

Just make sure the paint doesn't have any metallic content if it has an integrated patch antenna. Also, pick your paint based on the background as viewed from the ground. If the background is sky, you'll be best with a gray or light blue color. If the radio is mounted low, with the house color/trim in the background, use one of those colors, or as close as you can get. bp <part15sbs{at}gmail{dot}com> On 5/7/2016 10:20 AM, Rory Conaway wrote: So far the best I have found is the Krylon Fusion. And what happens to warrantys if we have to paint the equipment? Rory From: Af [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Rory Conaway Sent: Saturday, May 7, 2016 10:15 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [AFMUG] Paint for CPE's We need to look for a paint to change white radios to something else, preferably green or brown. What is the best paint for plastic that will handle the sun? Rory Conaway Triad Wireless CEO 4226 S. 37th Street Phoenix AZ 85040 602-426-0542 [email protected] www.triadwireless.net I wish I could play little league now. Id be way better than before.
