I am not familiar with Utah's primary process, and each state is very different. What was the registration deadline for people to select/change political parties before the primary? Can you vote Dem if registered Rep? Can you vote Rep if registered Dem?
Each state is very different, and these are important things to be aware of as they drastically effect the end numbers.
