Everyone's playing Pokemon Go.  They need to catch Pokemon which are
"sparse".  If your shop activates a lure, people head to your shop to catch
the Pokemon.

If you put $100 down you get 84 hours of the lure which attracts visitors.
The example in the article was a pizza shop.
