I built this yesterday, because I was tired of setting up FreeRADIUS
servers from scratch. It's nothing very complex, just a little command
line tool to setup FreeRADIUS+MySQL (MariaDB) from a clean Linux
install, along with options to add/list/remove NAS, setup remote MySQL
access, add/list/remove remote MySQL users, etc.

Might be useful to some of you if you need to setup SQL backed
FreeRADIUS in the future. It has some references to Sonar in the
documentation, but it should interface with any billing system that
supports MySQL backed FreeRADIUS - there is nothing Sonar specific in
it. Code is free/open source - feel free to hack on it if you want to.
