Thats my point is for 85% of the users nothing beats the ease of use and 
elegance of apple products. For people like us it doesn't matter as much.  But 
i would give my left nut to never have to "fix" a windows machine again because 
billy was looking a mt rushmore.

I'm pretty sure computers  don't get spyware from the kitchen. I could tell you 
what they do typically get spyware from, and that those sort activities aren't 
*normally* done in one's kitchen.

I have a 2009 macbook pro that has sat in my kitchen everyday for 7 years, use 
it everyday and never once did I need to remove whats it called "spyware".  
That says a lot.
