Yeah, I have 3 HP48G calculators at different desks.
I am crippled if I don't have a RPN calculator somewhere.
I have a 48G app on my phone and my computer too.
But I prefer a real calculator.

Fitbit has a huge lead in the market right now. My wife is a fitness
person (and has been for 20+ years). She has tried over 10 different
"bands" over the last 3-4 years, and her favorite is the Fitbit Charge
HR that she now wears. It's light, has a heart rate monitor, is
accurate, looks good, lasts for 4-5 days, tracks sleep, and ties into
their app on her phone. It's also available for $89 brand new on ebay
right now. :)
A smartphone doesn't replace a real camera if you want real quality. I
still wear a watch (more as a fashion item, but still). I still have a
calculator sitting on my desk, because it's faster and easier than
having to open my phone, start the app, etc.
Everything is a "fad"... it's a matter of how long that "fad" lasts. :)

Does anyone seriously think Fitbit has any stay power at all? To me it's
like another Atkins fad. Even if the fitness craze as a whole is not a
fad, smart phones/watches have done a good job at replacing the home video
camera, still camera, pocket calculator, watch, dictionary, compass, etc.
Add the Fitbit to the list real soon - if not already.

I think Fitbit will be a good one... it would have to be a little longer
term play... probably closer to 9-10 months... after the holiday season
sales and they report their 4Q earnings. Of course, GPRO will probably
have similar results after they release their drone in time for holiday
shopping. :)

Hopefully people that invested in GPRO when I suggested a few months
ago are making some money this week?? :)
I still think it will go to $14-$15 over the next 3-4 months... but
you never want to get greedy with the stock market either... LOL
