Mine is a B11 issue. Would sync and unsync, thought it was an alignment issue. Contacted support and they spent weeks looking into it. Then, they found a problem with one side and asked us to RMA. We overnighted the radio and then they tell us they don't have stock and can't ship us a replacement. It's been three weeks.
Now, should we have had a spare? Yes. But we never used them before and they were new so we thought we'd see how they performed first. Given that, I repeatedly asked Mimosa if we should just scrap the link and recoordinate with another brand of licensed radio. They kept telling us it was a software issue and their engineers were working to fix it. (Which is true, they were actively logging into the radio and making changes.) We were promised a radio two weeks ago and we still have yet to have one arrive. We've been asking support for updates and getting no response other than "we will check into this and get back to you by the end of the day." Never hear back.
