I think the Cambium sector antenna is somewhere between $150-200
depending where you get it.
You could use your old UBNT or other antennas, but if you're going to
rely on sync and channel re-use they say you want a high F/B ratio and
they have that on their brand of sector.

so more APs, tighter antenna for the same price (assuming the antenna
cost is negligible)?

Yep, just the radio cost difference. These will actually just live
on the bench with terminators on their SMA jacks. There's a good
chance that one or more of them will actually never have a SM attach
to it over it's lifetime.
I was having a hard time swallowing $500 each for the gps sync radios.
The PTP's are closer to $200. So I guess the reality is I can buy
2.5 of them for the same price as one of the others.

Just note that only the connectorized radios with the on-board GPS
support sync. I take it you mean the 110PTP radio is 1/3 the cost of
the full GPS Sync connectorized AP. As others have said, yeah, you
can upgrade the 110PTP from the 10 SM limit to the full 120 via
license key.
We haven't bought any of the Sync radios for PTP simply because I
want the low latency ePTP mode which doesn't sync anyway.

Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for. I even found the
sku for the bare radio. I can get 3 of these for about the same
price as one of the others.
