I just wish the AF24HD had an sfp port on it. A lot more useful for 1GbE bridge at 256qam, 4-5 km max.
AF24HD is a decent option for links that are just slightly too long to be reliable with an 80GHz radio. I would consider it a waste of money to operate an af24hd at 64qam, that sort of link is going to be so long it won't meet five nines. Time to look at part101 solutions.
