I get SFP+ SMF modules from fiberstore.com and they all seem to work fine in the variations of Mikrotik.
You can get them operationally matched as Cisco as an option when buying them. The Mikrotik shouldn’t care. They are about $70 each, or about $140 a pair plus about $50 shipping from fiber store, which makes them a bit more expensive if not buying in bulk.
