Its only feature rich with the software Calix gives you. Just selling you a router is just sending you a router with a fiber gpon interface.
Doesn't do any good without the horse. If you talk to Calix they'll help you understand the hardware and let you try stuff out. No reason to even buy it from someone. I've been happy with the support they've given and how much they've helped us every step of the way.
