Yeah I guess the banks get crosswise with federal regulators if they knowingly do business with a pot operation.

He described a pot sales operation in Colorado, where although it is legal to sell it in the state, it is illegal on the national level, so he can't claim any of that income at the federal level. They interviewed one guy doing an operation on 36 acres. He grows ~~ 22,000 plants, and grosses $20 million per year. Each plant has an RFID tag on it. Interesting stuff. I noticed that they also employed what looked like armed guards. No room required.
