There was a period of time last summer when I would get two notices a week.
One claiming I owed them a certain amount then another saying I over paid by
the same amount.  It went on for weeks.

Hahaha, yes, that was my initial feeling when I pulled the notice off the
door, lol!

I don't have anything to worry about personally or with my company that I
know of.

Company LLC was on the back of the notice.

Worst case they audit my company and I have to go through all of that time
and money for the process.
Best case I forgot to file something and they want that plus a small fine
for not sending a piece of paper in.

They left a short notice paper to call them tomorrow.
