I used to take the train to night school. Got a lot of reading and homework
done on the train. But Americans don't like using public transportation.
1-person self-driving cars are OK. Not sure where Musk's hyperloop falls on
this continuum. Does he envision 1-person canisters? I thought it was more
like a train car. If they just stuffed one person in each canister, it
would be like the tubes at bank drive-throughs.

If i could work on the road that would give me 10 more hours a week. It
would be a dream come true.

I drive 49 miles X 2 4 days a week.

Leaf was perfect for that.

I have a car coming off of lease in 3 months so I need to decide what to get
next.

I may try a bolt. It does not have autopilot, but I do think it has lane
tracking assist in the more expensive version.

I drive 60 miles to work for the past 15 years. Its on my list to buy, just
not ready to drop that much cash. Maybe get a used one in a year or 2. I go
68 mph with no stop lights the entire way. This would be a dream. At least
then it would be safer when i read up on afmug like im doing right now. ;)

The autopilot is the main reason I'd buy a Tesla. It's pretty amazing stuff.

Just don't watch a movie while using it.
