I think most of the 3.x bugs are gone in 3.2.1, but I'm not sure that there's going to be a lot of difference in 2.4ghz, other than the GUI improvements. It seems to me that most of the changes have been 5ghz related stuff... as far as I can remember the only major difference in 3.0 was ePMP 2000 support, which obviously wouldn't be relevant. But on the other hand, most of the bugs were only 5ghz problems too.
