[AFMUG] 900 450i dual omni

So we're converting a ~20 customer site from four sectors of FSK over to 
450i. We put up Antel H-pol and L-com V-pol omni's. Slant at the SM 
works perfectly fine. I figured it would, just wanted to mention it.

This is our first try at this and it seems to be a decent way to convert 
a smaller site.
