I can't say I've seen anybody mention this. Somebody might have, there just
hasn't been a huge fuss.

I think SWS swapped out a few failing original AF24s a year ago and
replaced them with AF24HDs for more capacity, but after 4 or 5 years
they've obviously payed their cost anyway.
