Are you trying to connect something like a Siklu 80 GHz radio, where
there's an SFP inside a small weatherproof port and you need to fit a cable
gland around the patch cable?

Various chinese manufacturers sell G.657.B2 type bend loss insensitive
patch cables which have been fabricated with the outdoor type rugged FTTH
drop cable. One of the things you might run into is that a lot of the cable
is oval and cable glands such as on a Siklu's port will require a round
cable to seal properly.
