What are they labeled as? I found the Mil Spec patch cables (which I
would presume are Outdoor), but those are only 1M.

Various chinese manufacturers sell G.657.B2 type bend loss
insensitive patch cables which have been fabricated with the
outdoor type rugged FTTH drop cable. One of the things you might
run into is that a lot of the cable is oval and cable glands such
as on a Siklu's port will require a round cable to seal properly.
