On assembly, the specified torque is 1 +- 0.25 Nm.  Sorry for the delay on 
this... traveling this week.

Same with the ePMP SMA nuts that come slightly loose out of the box some times. 
I just tighten them with my fingernails a little bit. Enough to compress the 
little red gasket washer thing a bit.
