[AFMUG] Windows 10 update speed

So it seems like when a customer wants to update a windows 10 machine, 
it will gladly and readily take all available bandwidth (and more).  I'm 
updating 2 brand new windows 10 machines in the NOC, plugged into 
gigabit Ethernet, and they're downloading the windows updates at 
<2mb/s.  I would have expected them to just fly.
