know they had the ability to do that.  Some of  the money was his too.

So forgeries in my opinion on counterfeit checks.  The bank says that
since I did not notice it in a timely manner and it happened more than
60 days ago... oh well, ...

So, that  bum on the street can make a check on your account and the
bank will pass it and not really care.  Keep an eye on all of your
accounts folks.



Surely that's some kind of crime with a statute of limitations of more than 60 days.
