Solid ceiling, then goes up about a ft. of hard A/C duct before I could angle something towards an “outside” interior wall. would have to cut an access in the ceiling to get above the 1ft mark and get my arm and drill from up above it laterally,
If it were being sent out to bid, I would “No-Bid” it 😊 $ 150 for the electronics, if it solves the problem, works for me. We have a ceiling mount projector that we replaced recently with an Optomo. The old projector that got replaced worked with the HDMI that we ran 10 years ago when we built the room, but the new one won’t. I tried a couple of the “boosters” and they don’t work for me. We ran a long New cable with better specs and it works just fine. It’s a HUGE undertaking to remove the floor of the unit above us to get to a place where we could replace the existing one, so looking for wireless. It would be LOS to my desktop PC at about 20 feet away (at the most).
