Solid ceiling, then goes up about a ft. of hard A/C duct before I could angle
something towards an “outside” interior wall. would have to cut an access in
the ceiling to get above the 1ft mark and get my arm and drill from up above it
laterally,

If it were being sent out to bid, I would “No-Bid” it 😊 $ 150 for the
electronics, if it solves the problem, works for me.

But if you get in the ceiling down below, you can drill sizeways to an area
above with access.

If my life depended on finding a way, then yeah, I could make a new path 😊

Ripping up a floor with equipment on it currently to get to my ceiling is not
my idea of a good time.

I have used those super long flexible drill bits to place cables in impossible
locations before.

No chance we can pull it through. Long story on the construction that has
taken place after this was put in, but yeah, no chance

No ability to tape one end of the old cable to the new one and pull it through?

Anybody have a wireless HDMI transmitter receiver that they are in love with?

We have a ceiling mount projector that we replaced recently with an Optomo.
The old projector that got replaced worked with the HDMI that we ran 10 years
ago when we built the room, but the new one won’t. I tried a couple of the
“boosters” and they don’t work for me. We ran a long New cable with better
specs and it works just fine. It’s a HUGE undertaking to remove the floor of
the unit above us to get to a place where we could replace the existing one, so
looking for wireless.

It would be LOS to my desktop PC at about 20 feet away (at the most).
