That’s not a proper operational control panel until you take all those pretty 
wire way covers and throw them in the bottom of the box.

I would seriously suggest getting a small enclosure to terminate the fiber 
cable into and then using a patch cable between the switch and the fiber patch. 
  The first guy yanking wires in that panel is going to bust that fiber up.
