In my case it wasn't the construction. It was the cleanup. When I got fiber plowed to my house the crew left holes unfilled, caution tape flapping in the wind, caved in part of the easement with backhoe and crushed some landscaping bricks. They left with no intention on cleaning up the mess. This was the same story all over the neighborhood.
