For those of you doing Video NVR installations, who is responsible for making sure the equipment stays up? Especially with IP Based systems, it seems like regular monitoring is needed to make sure the system is still operational. Do you install and walk away, or proactively monitor? If Proactive, how do you monitor? Log in and spot view recordings from the previous day? Or do you put all the burden on the customer, that they have to keep monitoring it, and alert you to issues.
