I have a specific thing im watching for. Whats the general thought on having the tech snap a pic of the new providers gear when he picks up our gear? I dont really care about dsl, they always come back, i dont care about cellular, they always come back, i dont care about satellite, they always come back. I do however care about wisps, as it turns out, we really are the shit in what we do. We are like the turd that floats in the sceptic tank. So i want to know what gear competitors are using, especially if they snatch my customer. But... Is a picture violating some unwritten rule?
What presses this specific question is an example like today, we deinstalled an fsk 900mhz customer in an area where water meters are fucking us. The tech tols me the new folks are running gear that looks like our epmp, i happen to know theyre using ubnt gear, so im not getting accurate field data.
