I have no idea, to be honest I am not completely sure of the standard that copper SFPs have to abide by in order to work. My CCR1036-12G-4S shows that I can attempt to force halfs... but I don't know that it is supported. At one point in time I believe it was recommended to statically assign 1000M full to copper SFPs.
Are you running the latest bug fix firmware?
