Dustin, Don't get your panties in a bunch.. and start making comments half cocked !
1) I was not the original poster of the incident. (I was the follow up poster, posting the link containing the story and additional details) 2) If you had followed the whole thing, you would have seen / understood that .. it was one of the Ground Crew that look the video from a distance. 3) Yes, if you heard the original audio on the video... that is the exact concern expressed by the person taking the video. 4) Ground crew is who took the video and called 911 5) Ground Crew to pack heat and right to defend... (so what are you insinuating ? and OK Coral style Shootout with the Old man ? .... someone getting killed in the outcome ? ... hmm look who is perpetuating what now ? ) Yes, the incident happened, yes this is not uncommon for certain parts of the town... yes, we are glad that no one was hurt... and yes in many parts of town, an armed police escort is required for the safety of the utility workers.... and No, having armed crew, with the right to defend themselves, while a knee jerk reaction, would not be a good idea for many obvious reasons...
