We had about 6 horizon compact plus units that all had currupted software. They would suddenly stop working and then would fail to reboot because the boot image was currupted. Had to send them all back to Canada to get fixed. Some were in warranty but many were out of warranty and we had to pay to fix them...and wait for customs to clear them in both directions.
