Hi guys, We sent a radio to Dragonwave for repair. They’ve come back to say it is not repairable. Here’s there message: —-
Please note that we have received your unit(s) with the Serial number(s) : C1N14DFD0004 We have been able to determine that we are unable to repair this/these unit(s), due to water damage to internal components. The water leak occurred through the inside of the connectors likely due to poor installation/handling or water protection. This is not a manufacturing issue. Please note that at this time it will be necessary for you to buy a replacement unit if you require one. Please advise if you would like us to return this unit to you or if you would like us to dispose of it here. Should you wish to have it disposed of at DragonWave, please indicate so via an email. —- Knowing that the internal components suffered water damage, does anyone here, or do any vendors on this list, think they would be able to fix it, such that I should pay to have them ship it back to us?
