[AFMUG] EPMP "SW Update is running!"

Anybody come across this, we have a 3.2.1 that wont update, Cnmaestro
either skips it saying update in progress or unit offline
loading from the gui fails everytime with "SW Update is running!"
Its like it must have tried an update at one point but never succeeded and
it thinks its mid update
this is a deployed unit so i cant default it just yet.
Ive only gui cycled it, not power cycled so that may resolve it.
any input?
