Yeah that's what I was going to say. That's the SNMP bug in 3.2.1 and only the cnMaestro agent can reboot them when they go stupid. I've also had radios on 3.2.2 fail to update due to out of memory errors. What I've been doing is rebooting all SMs on a sector, then reboot the AP, then upgrade the entire sector in cnMaestro. Seems to work fine.

When you get stuck in that damn SNMP bug you have to reboot it from cnMaestro.  Reboot from the Cambium SSH prompt or GUI does not work.

    I got it figured out, turns out uptime wasnt resetting when i
    rebooted from the web interface, so i ssh in, reboot got an Error
    in packet response. So the unit was never rebooting. Rebooted from
    cnmaestro and it actually rebooted.
    let me load the firmware

        Make sure to reboot it before upgrading it too.

            Have you tried updating it from the web interface?

                Anybody come across this, we have a 3.2.1 that wont
                update, Cnmaestro either skips it saying update in
                progress or unit offline
                loading from the gui fails everytime with "SW Update
                is running!"
                Its like it must have tried an update at one point but
                never succeeded and it thinks its mid update
                this is a deployed unit so i cant default it just yet.
                Ive only gui cycled it, not power cycled so that may
                resolve it.
                any input?
