Rory, That's not correct info. What I posted is accurate and verified on Verizon site listed here. The network never pushes you to the 3g network at all. You are on 4g all the time, the speed on hotspot just slows to 3g type speeds after 15gb of hotspot usage. 22gb applies to phone data usage and is only slowed during times of congestion.
