Tim, I was quoting the more expensive unlimited plan (Beyond Unlimited) they just launched which my numbers are accurate. The faq spells that out. Not sure where my data is wrong Tim. Your data on the "Go Unlimited" plan is incorrect as there is no soft data cap. It is always considered deprioritized behind other customers. Hotspot is always at 600 kbps.
Only the Beyond Unlimited plan has 22GB soft cap, then lower priority. And 15GB full 4G speed on hotspot, then hard cap at 600 Kbps. Your video streaming numbers are correct which is 480p on the cheaper unlimited plan and 720p on the more expensive one on smartphones. What I posted is accurate and verified on Verizon site listed here. The network never pushes you to the 3g network at all.
